Even if you are an existing CHS Lady Bears Lax player/family, please fill out the player interest form as well.

The CHS Women's Lax Board and our new coaching staff is in the process of identifying a date in late October/early November to have an initial Parent meeting. Please let us know if you have any questions in the interim.
