The Cambridge Boys golf team finished 2nd out of nineteen teams at the North Georgia PGA High School Invitational held at Chateau Elan on April 15 & 16 with a two-day score of 304 – 289 = 593.
Cambridge started day two in fourth place behind Columbus (1st place), Lambert and Dalton.
The team was led by All-Tournament team selection Freshman Jack Vajda who shot 77-71=148 who finished tied for 6th out of 120 players. Playing well for Cambridge were Junior Brad Plaziak 77-72 (7th overall), Senior Sutton Dunwoodie 77-72, Sophomore Andrew Ackerman 75-76 and Senior Austin Redick 75-74 and Junior Robbie Bentley 79-78.
