The Bears traveled to the home of local opponent, Milton to play the Eagles and Mountain View High School.  It was a hard battle in every game last night and it all started with the match against Mountain View.  Unfortunately, the Bears' 15 digs overall were not enough to stand up to the height and power of Mountain View's front row.  Cambridge lost the match in two sets.

After all the seniors were recognized, it was time to challenge Milton.  After working to recover from the loss against Mountain View, the Bears began their defensive fight against the Eagles.  Freshman Outside Hitter, Alex Wright led the team in digs with a total of eight.  The Bears' offense did not have enough to over power the Eagles, hitting negative in both sets.  Despite the effort given in the second set, Cambridge lost 25-9 and 25-19 making the record 0-2 for the night.

The Bears are waiting to hear when, where, and who they will be playing next Thursday for the start of the Area tournament.  Stay tuned for updates on the Bears Varsity Volleyball schedule.
