Bears Wrestlers Finish 3rd in Traditional Regionals; 10 Advance to Sectionals

Congrats to the Cambridge wrestling team for a great showing at the Regional tournament at Sequoyah High School, Saturday, Jan. 29th. The team finished 3rd behind powerhouses Creekview and Sequoyah, and 10 wrestlers qualified to move on to the Sectional tournament in Brunswick next Friday and Saturday.

The Sectional qualifiers were:

Hunter Keane - 1st place
Mason Truncale - 2nd place
Cullen Kane - 2nd place
Sebastian Shered - 2nd place
Daniel Driggs - 2nd place
Jacob Riggins - 3rd place
Ty Tosie - 3rd place
Will Thomas - 3rd place
Cole Buschi - 3rd place
Thomas Parrott - 3rd place

The top 6 finishers at the Sectionals will advance to the State tournament in Macon the following weekend.
