Coach Pam Masinko brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as head coach of the Cambridge High School Girls’ Lacrosse program, now in her eighth season. Prior to Cambridge, she enjoyed five successful years at Roswell High School. Since Cambridge's inception, Masinko boasts an impressive 115-33-1 overall record, including a remarkable 3 region championships along with seven state tournament appearances.

In the inaugural varsity year of 2013, Masinko led the Lady Bears to a commendable 16-2 overall record and a state tournament berth. The following year, they secured a 16-4 overall record, went undefeated in area games, and earned a spot in the state playoffs for the second time. Notably, they clinched an Area Championship with a 16-12 victory over the highly-ranked Northview High School, marking a significant achievement for Masinko's career. The momentum continued into 2015, as Masinko secured another Area Championship and guided the team to a final four state playoff appearance. Her outstanding coaching was recognized with the 2014 & 2015 Coach of the Year awards from the Georgia Athletic Coaches' Association (GACA) for Area 3AAAAA.  In addition to her impressive coaching record, Coach Masinko's leadership and dedication were highlighted by the team's remarkable 2017 state runner-up finish. Following this achievement, Masinko took a five-year hiatus to support her daughter's collegiate journey at Notre Dame. Her return to the helm in 2023 proved to be a triumphant one, as she led the team to their third region championship in school history. The season was marked by fierce competition, culminating in a hard-fought final four match against Roswell, where Cambridge narrowly fell short by a score of 8-7.

Under Masinko's mentorship, numerous Lady Bears have earned postseason accolades, including six High School All-Americans and seven High School Academic All-Americans over her tenure at Cambridge.

During her tenure at Roswell, the Lady Hornets achieved top five state rankings and made appearances in four state tournaments. Notably, from 2009 to 2012, Roswell achieved historic milestones, including consecutive state playoff bids, Elite 8 finishes, and back-to-back appearances in AAAAA State Championship games, finishing as state runner-up both times.

Since 2007, Coach Masinko has been instrumental in guiding numerous D1, D2, and D3 college signees and has coached various summer lacrosse club teams, including Dixie Chix, Hotlanta Lacrosse, and the Eagle Stix programs.

A Georgia resident since 1989, Masinko, originally from Brentwood, Long Island, excelled in multiple sports during her high school years, earning recognition in basketball, tennis, and softball. Her talent led her to Division I basketball at Lehigh University, where she was recruited by the esteemed Coach Muffet McGraw. Demonstrating her versatility, Masinko also joined the women's lacrosse team as a midfielder, competing in the 1987 and 1988 Division I NCAA playoffs and finishing nationally ranked in the top 10 in 1988.

Coach Masinko holds a Masters in Teaching from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Lehigh University. She is currently certified to teach Marketing, Business Education and Economics. Outside of coaching, Masinko is happily married to John, a Philadelphia native and financial advisor for Georgia Credit Union. Together, they are proud parents to three sports-minded children: Justin, 28, Jessi, 25, and Mac, 20.

Coach Masinko's coaching philosophy centers around the acronym TEAM, emphasizing Together Each Achieves More. Trust, communication, integrity, and hard work form the bedrock of her core team values, enabling her to inspire young women to succeed both on and off the field.
