Coach Kate Heninger grew up in Roswell, GA. She played volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse in high school.

Her Freshman year was the first year lacrosse was a sanctioned sport in GA...they bought sticks as a team. She played all four years at Roswell High School where she led her team in goals and was named All-State her Senior year.

Coach Heninger went on to play lacrosse at Brigham Young University while studying Exercise Science.

She moved back home to Georgia, earned her Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Education and began coaching lacrosse at Roswell. She spent seven years coaching at both the Junior Varsity and Varsity levels before being named the Head Coach at Cambridge in 2018.
