Lady Bears Track and Field Win GHSA 7-6A Region Crown; Boys Finish 2nd, April 26/28th
The Cambridge track and field team ventured to Creekview High School on April 26 and 28 for the highly anticipated region meet. With the school moving down in classification next school year to a newly constituted region and the boys team being the defending region champion, the meet was deemed the most important at this point in the season. The boys team came up just short of a repeat of a region championship by finishing a close second. On the girls side, there was little doubt who the best team in the region is as Cambridge handily won by more than 30 points.
