CHS Swim Team Try Outs will be at Lifetime Fitness located on North Point Parkway on Monday October 21st. Warm Ups will be at 4:15 – 4:45 and we will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. You will be asked to complete the following events:
- 100 Freestyle
- 100 Individual Medley (butterfly, back, breast, free)
- 50 butterfly
- 50 backstroke
- 50 breaststroke
You will be asked to sign in at the front desk at Lifetime Fitness. There are changing rooms available if you need to change into your suit.
Warm Ups will begin at 4:15 at the outdoor pool. Due to Lifetime's request to limit the number of people on deck, parents who are not volunteering can drop off their athlete and return at approximately 6:30 p.m. for pickup.
