Swim Team Announcement 

We will be having a team informational meeting on Tuesday, August 7^th at 6:00 PM in my classroom at Cambridge High School (room 2807). At the meeting we will be discussing a number of items including, but not limited to, the following:

• Training schedule/facility
• Policies/Goals/Expectations
• Physicals/Medical Clearance
• Parent Board
• Team Logo/Design 

In the meantime, please consider the following "To Do" list as things you can complete prior to the meeting to help our season get started smoothly:

• Student-Athlete Survey (file attached) – Can be completed and e-mailed back to Coach Hall or can be printed and brought to the team meeting
• Begin medical clearance forms. You can find them on the Cambridge High School website under the "Student" tab and then under "Forms." Download the link titled "Athletic Forms Packet."
• Think about a logo you would like to consider for the team. The ideas will be shared at the meeting in September.  

A couple of side notes that may help in making some decisions prior to the start of the season:

• If you're training with a private team, please continue to do so. During the season, you will be allowed to continue training with your team and there will also be workouts offered for athletes that do not have a club team but would still like to be part of the team.
• Athletes that will be training with me will have a fee that will help pay for the cost of the facility. Athletes that will be training with another club will not be responsible for this cost, but you will be responsible for logging your yards and having those returned to me to make sure you are attending practices and doing the necessary yards to prepare for our meets.
