The Varsity Boys and Girls Tennis teams competed in the Atlanta Athletic Club High School Invitational this past weekend, March 12-13.

This was a doubles tournament consisting of 4 lines of mixed doubles, 1 line of boys doubles and 1 line of girls doubles.

The boys and girls teams worked together, fought hard, and were able to win the tournament title, beating out Johns Creek, Alpharetta, West Forsyth and Chattahoochee.

It was a Round robin format, playing 6 lines vs each team:

Friday: 
WON 5-1 vs Johns Creek 
Tied 3-3 vs Alpharetta (since it tied, it went to number of games won and AHS won 48-42) 

Saturday:
WON 6-0 vs Chattahoochee
WON 5-1 vs West Forsyth

Great accomplishment for our first time participating in this tournament and upsetting the prior winning team!
