Finally, in between the Rain, Sleet, & Snow, the Cambridge Boy's Tennis Team won a convincing Region Match over Central Forsyth 5-0 on a dry but overcast day Friday, March 6th.
For the entire match, the Bears dropped just 5 games on the way to the team win.
The singles lines of Carson Harrell, Joey Ladaga & Ryan Edmiston used strong service games and powerful groundies to overpower their opponents.
On the doubles side of the match, Zac Hirschler & Kez Fitzgerald held serve and broke their opponents serve for an 0 & 0 win. Jason Weiner and Brenner Lapid also cruised to an 0 & 0 victory in an lighting fast 28 minutes. All in all a good day for the Boy's Varsity team.
Next up for the Bears will be North Atlanta and North Springs this week, weather permitting of course.
