Cambridge Men's Tennis team lost a region match on a relatively balmy Friday afternoon, March 7th against a very talented Northview team 5-0.
The singles lines of Zac Hirschler, Drew Freuhauf, & Brenner Lapid each lost in hard fought two set contests. The doubles teams of Michael Feirer/David Ashcom and Kez Fitzgerald/Jack Armstrong battled three sets before going down for losses. The matches were high quality tennis and could have gone either way.
The loss brings the Bears region record to 3-1.
Next up for the Bears is an away Match at Pope on Tuesday March 11th, a home match at 4pm on Thursday March 13th vs Sequoyah, and a make-up match at home against Osborne on Friday, March 14th.
