Boys Varsity Soccer Travel to Savannah for Match vs. Richmond Hill, Friday, Feb. 15th

The Bears Boys Soccer team traveled 6 hours on a school bus to play Richmond Hill (elite 8 2018 and semi-finalist in 2017 and 2016), Friday, February 15th.

The Bears came out in a new formation and controlled the match from the opening whistle to the final whistle.  Richmond Hill had two shots on goals, the Bears had 15 shots on goal and netted two. 

Omar Dhrif scored a near post goal after juking Richmond Hill defenders at 34:42 in the first half, Cambridge 1-0.  Then Jack Tindle scored off a corner kick from Ethan Rose, Cambridge 2-0. 

Richmond Hill had no shots on goals in the first half and only two shots on goal in the 2nd half. Cambridge won by the score of 2-0. 

Next up for the Bears is Benedictine Military.   

A big shout out to the Ladies Soccer team for staying to support the boys squad after their win in an earlier match at Richmond Hill.
