Boys Varsity Soccer Improves to 11-1 with Win Over Northview, Monday, March 26th

Cambridge Boys Varsity Soccer hosted a scrappy Northview HS squad on a rainy and cold night Monday, March 26th, at the Bear Den and earned the result 5-0. The win improved the Bears to 5-1 in Region 7 play and 11-1 for the year. 

The first goal came at the 1st minute of the match when John Crawley scored off an assist from Reece Degan, Cambridge 1, Northview 0.  At the 39th minute Jarvin Ramirez found John Crawley for the goal, Cambridge 2, Northview 0 ending the 1st half. 

Cambridge continued to control possession and pace of play throughout the second half and found the back of the net in the 30th minute when John Barton connected with Omar Dhrif in front of the net, Cambridge 3, Northview 0.  Cambridge scored again in the 34th minute when Omar Dhrif found the back of the net with the ball and his body.

A final goal came in the 39th minute when Reece Degan found Ryan Walker in front of the net for a quick and decisive strike.
