Cambridge, Blessed Trinity Tie 1-1 in Men’s JV Soccer

On March 17--yet another cold, windy day (are we noticing a trend here?)-- the Cambridge Bears hosted the Blessed Trinity Titans in Men's JV Soccer.

From the beginning, the two well-matched teams fought hard in what was very much a 50/50 game with no one having the upper hand.

With less than a minute left in the first half, Carson Densmore scored off of a quick volley back into the offensive third, catching the Titans defense off-guard. Blessed Trinity came back hungry for a goal in the 2nd half and managed to score with 9 minutes left on the clock. In the end, the score remained 1-1.

Coach John Shroyer says he was proud of how the Bears didn't give up in the face of the Titan's comeback—fighting hard until the very end.

Go Bears!
