The Creekview Grizzlies entered Cambridge Bear Country on Wednesday, March 5, for a Men's JV Soccer match at 7:00 p.m. The Bears defended their home territory fiercely, with a solid 3-0 victory.

Nick Catt broke through to the goal with the first score for the Bears, about 20 minutes into the game. The Bears maintained tight control of the game throughout, rarely allowing the Grizzlies to advance through the midfield, and when they did, they were soundly thrashed by a strong Bears defense.

In the second half, Kian Halim secured the Bears' lead with a second goal within the first 10 minutes, and Sean O'Connor added icing to the cake with a third goal at 11 minutes to go. After the game, Varsity Soccer Coach Bryan Wallace said he is impressed with how well the JV men are performing so early in the season and is excited to watch the team as they continue to strengthen.
