Bears Men's JV Lacrosse Improve to 4-0 with Win over Woodstock

The Bears JV Men's Lacrosse team improved their record to 4-0 with a win over the Woodstock Wolverines 6-2 on Tuesday, March 11th.

The Bear instincts were no match for the Wolverine even in their home den!  Defender Nic Martini covered all corners of the field with multiple clearing interceptions keeping the ball in scoring position for Cambridge.   The quickness and sharp passing of all Bears Middies and attacks kept Woodstock in pursuit all four quarters and Jack Sadighian as well as Austin Walling won the ground ball battle all night long for Cambridge.

Scoring was shared by Bennett Ferguson, Zach Lehman (2), Zach Lodigensky (2) and Griffen Chambers with assists by Max Fleming, Chambers, Ferguson, and Lehman.

The Bears Defense led by Goalies Andrew Horton and Joseph Dayoub as well as Defenders Eric Drucker, Nic Martini, Kevin Kaps and RJ Dykes limited Woodstock's efforts to put the ball in our goal.

This was a true team effort for the JV team!

The Bears JV team hosts North Springs at HOME Friday March 14 @ 5:00 and Creekview at HOME Saturday March 15 @ 12:00!
