Varsity Men's Lacrosse upped their record to 4-0 after posting another win Monday night March 3rd over the Buford Wolves.
The Bears got off to a slow start, losing the first face off, which led to a goal by the Wolves 2 minutes into the game. The offense stepped up their game, scoring 8 unanswered goals. Leading scorers for Cambridge were Jake Leddy with 5, Brendan Fahey with 2, and JD White with 2 goals and an assist.
Goalie Ben Clark kept the Wolves to just 2 goals over three quarters of the game. Aaron Contreras manned the goal in the last quarter. Tate Prezzano, Balon Compton, Chase Darnell, Raleigh Cassada and Britt Spurka all did an exceptional job once again leading the defensive unit on a rotational basis.
Varsity's next game is Friday, March 7th at West Forsyth. Face off is 5:55 pm.
