Golden Lion Challenge   Wednesday, March 20th

Berkeley Hills Country Club and St. Pius X High School played host to the Bears for the annual Golden Lion Challenge.  And, for a change, the players were greeted by mild temperatures and a steady dose of sunshine.

The team of seniors Blake Farbman and Ryan Demit took advantage of the improved weather conditions to shoot a six under 66 in the scramble format.  That score was good enough for Farbman and Demit to finish fourth.  The impressive winning score of 63 was posted by a twosome from Westminster High School.

The Cambridge pair of senior Hogan Losch and sophomore Jake Peacock finished at four under 68 and the duo of senior Cal Winch and junior Coleman Leathers shot one under 71.
