Cambridge coaches, family, friends, and athletes,
As you may know, this Wednesday, February 4, 2015 marks National Letter of Intent Signing Day for select sports including football, soccer, and men's water polo. That said, we will host our annual signing day event for all athletes signing National Letters of Intent on Wednesday, February 4th at 12:30PM—during 5th period lunch—in the Media Center at Cambridge High School. We encourage all athletes signing official college scholarships for the sports listed above to participate. The signing date for all other sports will take place later in the spring.
Please forward this message on to all athletes and the parents of those athletes signing National Letters of Intent. Included is a short information sheet for that afternoon that we ask the student-athletes and parents to complete and return to me no later than Wednesday morning prior to the signing.
As always, we encourage family, friends, and relatives to attend. In addition, any peers of those student-athletes may also attend so long as the date and time do not disrupt instructional time. Lastly, we will have local media and Studio 7 Photography on hand that day to commemorate the event; photographs from that day can later be accessed at www.studio7hub.com for purchase. We will also have two separate locations for photographs to be taken. Parents are also encouraged to bring memorabilia from the student-athlete's school of choice and are welcomed to bring refreshments as well to be enjoyed after the signing ceremony.
