Basketball tryouts will begin Monday, October 27th thru Wednesday, October 29th from 6:15 to 8:00 AM.

Athletes should plan to be on the main gym, ready to begin, by 6:10 AM. Please have water, shorts, T-shirt, and running shoes.

In order for athletes to participate at tryouts, they must have the following documents turned into the front office, "Attn: CHS Hoops", by Friday, October 24:

.    Copy of current Physical (FORMS)
.    Fulton County Athletic Consent Form
.    Player information Sheet
.    Proof of insurance
