Lady Bears Gymnasts Take 5th Place in Lovett Invitational, Tuesday, March 14th

The Cambridge Gymnastics team traveled to The Lovett School on Tuesday, March 14th to compete against 8 metro schools.  Our Cambridge girls performed strong routines under tough gym conditions, placing 5th with their second season-best overall team score of 94.  

The team was led by Jenna Hart on all four events, with an all around score of 34.0.  Jenna remains vigilant in her efforts to qualify for the state meet on all four events. Other strong routines were performed by Noor El-Gazairly on floor and vault, Haley Copeland on floor and beam, and Allie Cash on beam.

Coach Chambless is very proud of the Gym Bears continuous drive to improve each meet.  She is looking forward to the team finishing their season strong on Monday, March 20th at Westminster in another 8 team Invitational.
