The Cambridge Girls Gymnastics team kicked off their season with a strong start on Friday, March 4th at the Northwind Gymnastics Facility. Facing tough competition from Milton, Roswell, Alpharetta and Walton, the Bears placed 4th of the 5 teams competing. 

Leading scorer for Cambridge was Caroline Versluis, who placed 3rd all-around, tied for first on bars and tied for second on beam.  Maddie Chaloux had a strong floor, tying for 6th place overall.  Rileigh Smith was the team's strongest vaulter, and Jenna Hart and Allie Cash threw steady beam routines. 

The Bears compete next at Westminster on Monday, March 21st at 5:00, where they will compete against gymnasts from Buford, Carrolton, Centennial and Forsyth Central. 

Following that competition, Cambridge will be at Lovett the next day, Tuesday, March 22nd at 5:00, competing against Stockbridge, Roswell, Lassiter, Lambert and Cartersville.
