STEP 1 – Player Registration via Pickle Juice

Log into Pickle Juice (or create an account) to pay your registration fees.

• $880 Registration, Uniform, Operating Fees & player pack
• Player pack fee is included in registration this year. You will enter your player’s sizes during registration. 
• Payment plans will be available, or you have the option to pay in full.
• Important: Football communication emails will be sent directly from this site using the contact info you enter. Enter an email address for both parents if you would like a 2nd parent to receive emails. On the bottom right select “Add Second Parent.” 
• DISCOUNT CODES:
  • 9^th grade weight deposit code will be emailed to those who paid a deposit. 
  • If you register more than 1 child, you may use the “Sibling discount” code:  SD24 at checkout.
• Registration and 1^st payment needs to be complete by April 19th.

STEP 2 - OSP Website

• Log into to OSP Link where you will pay a $120 fee to Fulton County. You will need your player’s Fulton County Student ID to complete this step and pay the fee. 

STEP 3- GHSA 2024 Pre-participation Form:

• Anyone with a physical date of April 1, 2023, or later will be good for spring football. Anyone with a physical date of March 31,2023, or earlier, will need a new physical for spring football. Either way, everyone will need a new physical for acclimation week in July and the ensuing season. 
• Print off and take the GHSA form (4 pages) to your provider to complete. Do not use the providers’ form. 
• The players name needs be filled in on all documents. Make sure the doctor signs/dates BOTH the physical exam AND the medical eligibility form. The correct box needs to be checked for medical clearance. 

STEP 4- Rank One

• New CHS players:  Create a RankOne account online, sign all waivers and upload physical. You will need your student ID to complete this step.
• Returning Players: Log-in to your RankOne accounts to ensure your physical is valid per step 3, and all waivers are signed. 
• Completion Date: April 19^th to play spring football.
