2021 CHS Football Registration will be open through May 31st
STEP 1 - Football Participation Forms:
-Log into www.dragonflymax.com to create a new PARENT account. The CHS code is WBX5CQ if you are unable to locate CHS.
Add your children here and select FOOTBALL. Complete all participation forms and Upload your player's MD physical/clearance form dated April 2021 or later for the athletic trainers to review.
STEP 2 - Pickle Juice
-Log into Pickle Juice to pay your registration fees https://app.picklejuiceapp.com/a/ureg/open/event/55A96056
$180 Participation Fee, $200 Uniform Fee
(Be sure to enter an email address for both parents if you would like a second parent to receive emails. On the bottom right select "Add Second Parent.")
STEP 3 - OSP Website
Log into to OSP Link where you will pay a $70 fee to CHS. You will need your player's Fulton County Student ID to complete this step and pay this fee.

Step 4 - CAA Membership
Log into PickleJuice to join the CAA at https://app.picklejuiceapp.com/a/ureg/membership/benefits/DB575568
STEP 5 – Order a Player Pack
