The Lady Bears beat out 7 other teams at the regional championship held at Kennesaw Mountain High School on Saturday November 8, in front of their excited fans.

Their degree of difficulty and energetic execution propelled them to the top of their region.

What's next for Varsity Cheer? They are headed directly into the GHSA State Finals on Saturday, November 15, in Columbus, Georgia.

In three short years, this talented group of athletes have evolved from making it to state preliminaries in their first year as a team, to top 8 in the state as a co-ed team and first in their region as an all girl team. This year, this team has taken the top prize at every competition but one, where they placed second.

"Coach Loudy, Cambridge High School and myself could not be prouder of how well these girls have done all season and are looking forward to an even stronger performance at State", said Coach Allison Chambless, Head Cheerleading Coach.
