10th Annual Cambridge Baseball Bears & Birdies Golf Classic on October 16, 2023

The Cambridge Baseball Diamond Club is proud to announce our 10th Annual Bears & Birdies Golf Classic, including a Silent Auction, Cooking & Food Pairing Event, Happy Hour Appetizer and Dinner Buffet, and Awards Reception. Your participation and generous donations will be used to develop the talents and skills of our student athletes as well as to maintain and improve our expensive baseball field and facility. We continue to work hard to maintain and upgrade our infrastructure and provide memorable high school baseball experiences for our players, coaches, parents, and surrounding community. Please join us for a fun day!
The Bears & Birdies Golf Classic is being held on Monday, October 16, 2023 at the Polo Golf & Country Club (6300 Polo Club Dr, Cumming, GA 30040). Rain or Shine!
Schedule:
10:00 AM - Registration, Breakfast & Silent Auction Opens
12:00 PM - Shotgun Start
3:30 PM - Appetizers & Dinner sponsored & provided by Casa Nuova Restaurant
4:00 PM - Cooking & Food Pairing Event (intended for non-golfers), sponsored by Bluegrass Nail Salon and Day Spa
5:00 PM - Dinner Buffet still open, sponsored by Casa Nuova Restaurant
6:00 PM- Silent Auction Closes, Awards Reception and Baseball Update
6:30 PM- Auction Check Out

Golf Foursome $725* Please register early as we typically sell out
● Golf registration includes Green Fees, Cart Fees, Range Balls
● Golf registration also includes access to the Silent Auction, breakfast, lunch, appetizers and dinner sponsored and provided by Casa Nuova Restaurant.
● Purchase any desired mulligans, forward tee, and 50/50 raffle tickets online prior to Oct. 13 to get a discount and enable online check-in to avoid the lines the morning of the Event
Dinner $40* per person
● Dinner is sponsored and provided by Casa Nuova Italian Restaurant
● Ticket includes entry to the dinner as well as access to the Silent Auction
Cooking & Food Pairing Event $30* per person
● Event sponsored by Bluegrass Nail Salon and Day Spa
● This event is intended for people who are not golfing
● Ticket includes entry to the Cooking & Food Pairing event at 4:00 PM as well as access to the Silent Auction. If you plan to stay for dinner after, you must purchase a dinner ticket as well
● You must register by October 8 - Please register early as space is limited
50/50 Raffle Tickets: 7 for $20*, or 50 for $100*
● Please purchase your tickets online prior to the event or at the event
● The drawing will be held at the event during the Awards Reception just prior to the baseball update, and you must be present to win
