All players interested in playing Cambridge Baseball during the 2023-2024 school year must complete these items: 

1. Fill out our interested player form by Aug. 1, 2023 so you can receive Cambridge Baseball communications:  https://forms.gle/nNF4f5c9hA23N4T27
2. Complete your athlete participation forms in Rank One by August 1. Get a yearly physical dated between May 20 and August 1 to be valid for the entire next baseball year. We realize this may not align with your player's annual well visit, but baseball has early fall workouts and our season doesn't end until May (urgent cares and some CVS' do sports physicals as well as your primary care doctor). Please have all 4 of these physical forms filled out for your doctor to approve. Fulton County has switched to the Rank One platform for submitting athlete participation forms.  Rank One is up and running, please go here for instructions on completing your forms. Please note that everyone will show as GHSA ineligible until the county rolls over eligibility in July, but as long as all of your online forms have a green checkmark by them you are all approved.
