The Cambridge Baseball Diamond Club is proud to announce our 8th Annual Bears & Birdies Golf Classic, including a Silent Auction, Cooking & Food Pairing Event, and Dinner and Happy Hour. 

Your participation and generous donations help pay the significant cost of a successful baseball season, including the huge expense of maintaining and improving our Field and Hitting Facility. Your contribution not only benefits today's players but those for years to come! 

The Bears & Birdies Golf Classic is being held – rain or shine – on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at The Manor Golf & Country Club (15952 Manor Club Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30004). 

A returning favorite for 2021: Classic Cadillac of Atlanta is again sponsoring the Hole-In-One contest! Make a hole-in-one on Hole #4 and win a 2-year lease of a Cadillac!!

Schedule for Tuesday, October 19, 2021 (rain or shine!):

10:00 AM - Registration & Silent Auction Opens
12:00 PM - Shotgun Start 
 3:30 PM - Appetizers Served
 4:00 PM - Cooking & Food Pairing Event (intended for non-golfers)
 5:00 PM - Dinner 
 6:30 PM - *New this year* Extended Social Hour until 8:00 PM!

Participation Costs: 

The Bears & Birdies Golf Classic has something for everyone! See below for more information about each event: 

Golf Foursome $600* 

• Golf registration includes Green Fees, Cart Fees, Range Balls, and entry in the Hole-in-One Contest: Make a hole-in-one on Hole #4 and win a 2-year lease of a Cadillac courtesy of Classic Cadillac of Atlanta
• Golf registration also includes access to the Silent Auction, lunch, appetizers provided by Buffalo Wild Wings, and a dinner provided by CT Cantina & Taqueria
• Purchase any desired mulligans, forward tee, and 50/50 raffle tickets online to enable online check-in
• Please register early as we typically sell out every year

Dinner $30* per person

• Ticket includes entry to the dinner provided by CT Cantina & Taqueria at 5:00 PM as well as access to the Silent Auction
• Dinner is included in golf registrations - every person not golfing must have a Dinner ticket or Cooking & Food Pairing ticket to enter the event

Cooking & Food Pairing Event $25* per person

• This event is intended for people who are not golfing
• Ticket includes entry to the Cooking & Food Pairing event at 4:00 PM as well as access to the Silent Auction.  Event sponsored by Bluegrass Nail Salon and Day Spa!
• If you plan to stay for dinner after, you must purchase a dinner ticket as well
• You must register by October 8 - Please register early as we typically sell out every year

50/50 Raffle Tickets 1 ticket for $5*, 3 tickets for $10*, or 7 tickets for $20*

• Please purchase your tickets online prior to the event
• The drawing will be held at the event, and you must be present to win

If the tournament or your registration requires cancellation due to COVID-19, the Club will be offering refunds (minus processing fees). We ask that all attendees follow all current COVID-19 safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and fun event.  If you have been sick in any way, or around someone who has been sick, within 14 days prior to the event, please do not come to the event.  If you have traveled outside of the Atlanta area to a COVID-19 hotspot 14 days or less prior to the event, please do not come to the event. We also appreciate everyone maintaining the current COVID-19 distancing protocols and hand washing and sanitizing at the event.  We appreciate everyone's help as we follow all health guidelines to keep everyone safe!
