7th Annual Cambridge Baseball's Bears & Birdies Golf Classic

What:  The Cambridge Baseball Program is proud to announce our 7th Annual Bears & Birdies Golf Classic, Auction, Cooking & Food Pairing Event, and Dinner. 

Why:   This fundraising event is our single largest fundraiser and source of funds for Cambridge Baseball's Capital Improvements.  With your participation, contributions, and generous donations, this fundraising event will help pay for our Cambridge Baseball Hitting Facility and any field improvements that are needed. This facility not only benefits today's players, but all of those for years to come!

Who:  There is something for everyone – golf, auction, cooking and food pairing event, and dinner!  

Non golfers, please join us for a Cooking and Food Pairing Event.  The Manor's chef will prepare a cooking presentation and food pairing of a delicious Masters inspired pimento cheese dip.  Those who do not want to golf will eat, drink, and have fun too!  

All Cooking and Food Pairing Event attendees must pre-register by October 31 by purchasing a Wine Tasting and Cooking Presentation ticket for $25. Seating is limited so please sign up early!  The event is being held at 4:00 PM, and those who wish to stay for dinner must purchase a dinner ticket as well.

Cooking & Food Pairing Event will start at 4:00 PM (intended for non golfers)
Buffet Dinner will open at approximately 5:00 PM

Tournament Format:

• Four (4) Player Scramble 
• Longest Drive 
• Closest to the Pin 
• 50/50 Raffle 
• Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place 

Cost:  Please register online prior to the event!

• Golf:  $150 per Golfer/$600 per Foursome* (plus multiple sponsorship opportunities available listed down below).  Please sign up early as we typically sell out every year!  Please check in online by purchasing mulligans, forward tee, and 50/50 raffle tickets with your registration.

  • Golf Registration Includes: Green Fees, Cart Fees, Range Balls, Auction, Lunch and Dinner.

• Dinner:  $30 per person* (Every person not golfing needs to purchase a wine tasting/cooking demonstration and/or dinner ticket to enter the Event)

• Cooking & Food Pairing Event:  $25 per person* (If you plan on staying for dinner, you must purchase a dinner ticket as well).  There is limited seating for this event, please sign up early!  

• 50/50 Raffle Tickets:  1 ticket/$5, 3 tickets/$10, 7 tickets/$20*.  Please purchase your tickets online prior to the event.  The drawing will be held at the event, and you must be present to win!

If the tournament or your registration requires cancellation due to COVID-19, the Club will be offering refunds (minus processing fees). We ask that all attendees follow all current COVID-19 safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and fun event.  If you have been sick in any way, or around someone who has been sick, within 14 days prior to the event, please do not come to the event.  If you have traveled outside of the Atlanta area to a COVID-19 hotspot 14 days or less prior to the event, please do not come to the event. We also appreciate everyone maintaining the current COVID-19 distancing protocols and hand washing and sanitizing at the event.  We appreciate everyone's help as we follow all health guidelines to keep everyone safe!
