Due to the rainy weather forecasted for the remainder of the week, Cambridge and Walton agreed to move their Wednesday game to Monday afternoon, Feb. 18th at Walton High School.  The move seemed to work well for the home team, less so for the visiting Bears as Walton won 10-0.

 

There were few highlights for Cambridge as all but one Walton starter had a hit, while Ryan Todd had the only Cambridge hit, a single in the fourth.  Nicholas Armstrong got the start on the mound for the Bears and absorbed the loss.

 

Subject to cooperation from Mother Nature, Cambridge is scheduled to play next on Thursday at home against Flowery Branch HS.  Game time is 5:55 PM.
