Bears Varsity Baseball Bombard North Springs 15-0 on US Armed Forces Recognition Night

The Cambridge batters logged a total of 15 hits, legging out five doubles and two triples in a 15-0 victory over the North Springs Spartans, Wednesday, April 1st. 

Austin Weiermiller led the attack going 3 for 3 with a triple and three RBIs. 

Senior Sam Wilson and sophomores Jake Swiacki and Hayden Onorato also had three RBIs a piece.  Ten different Bears earned base knocks ending the game via mercy rule after three innings.

Righty sophomore Jonathan Hirschland tossed a gem. Hirsh earned his second straight win, while allowing no hits, and just two Spartan base runners in a three inning effort.

Next up, the Bears travel to North Springs Thursday, April 2nd, then travel to Sprayberry Monday, April 6th.
