The Bear of The Week for cheerleading is Mary Liz Covington. She is a member of the Varsity Sideline/Comp team and a 9th grader at Cambridge.
Mary Liz has demonstrated a very strong work ethic and has demonstrated that whatever she puts her mind to she can do. We are very proud of the progress she has demonstrated as a flyer continuing to improve flexibility and technique of body positions while at the same time learning new skills. She is a great asset to our team!
Mary Liz has a very bright cheerleading future and we are excited to watch her grow both physically and mentally as an athlete over the next 4 years. Her positive attitude, determination, and focus is why Mary Liz is our Bear Of The Week.
