Congratulations to Junior Lauren Stewart, the Cambridge Athlete of the Week!

Lauren has helped lead the Lady Bears to a stellar, undefeated start to this season.  Stewart is batting .467, leads the team with 4 runs, 4 stolen bases and 1 HR.  She is also tied for the team lead with 4 RBI.  Head Lady Fastpitch Coach Chip Flemmer says her play in center field has also proven to be outstanding this season.

Lauren electrified the crowd by taking the 3rd pitch in the bottom of the 1st inning over the left field fence for the first home run of the season last week against North Cobb.
